All our grains are estate grown in California and our flour is small-batch milled and 100% whole wheat, including all three nutrition-packed parts of the kernal (bran, endosperm, and germ). The hardiest of wheats, high in protein and golden in hue, Durum wheat is the base of most pastas. Great for making breads with more flavor than the commercially produced loafs: try using all ancient grain flour or mixing 50/50 with all purpose flour.
