Top Sirloin

Cut from the loin, top sirloin is made for grilling. Create a dry-rub mix or simply salt and pepper each side of the steak, grill 4-5 minutes on each side and serve. As it is not as robust as a ribeye, this cut makes for an easy-to-cook steak.
