Easter Ham

We are offering two holiday hams this year.

Our uncured hickory smoked hams are antibiotic, hormone and preservative free. No nitrites or nitrates added. Our cured hams are apple and alder wood smoked and are antibiotic and hormone free. 

Our boneless option typically weighs ~7 lbs.

Cooking Instructions for a juicy ham: Wrap the ham in aluminum foil with no gaps. Heat at 325 degrees until the internal temperature reaches 135 degrees, about 20 to 25 minutes per pound. Don't be afraid to add your favorite glaze/rub, but know that the ham is fantastic as it is.
