Pull thawed sausages from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking.
Heat oil or fat of your choosing in a pan over medium-low heat.
Add sausages and jiggle the pan once to discourage the raw sausages from sticking.
Turn heat to low and cook sausages, rotating sausages until fully cooked with an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit, approximately 14- 15 minutes.
Turn heat off and cover pan, allowing sausages to rest for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
DIRECTIONS Casing Off
Pull thawed sausages from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking.
Heat pan on medium high heat.
Cut casings and remove meat, crumbling into the pan.
Break up the sausage slightly.
Do not stir too frequently. The goal is to get a golden-brown bottom.
Once browned, flip the sausage pieces, scraping up the brown bits as you go.
