How We Cook Our Fresh Sausages At The Rancho

  • Llano Seco Fresh Sausages 


  1. Pull thawed sausages from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking. 
  2. Heat oil or fat of your choosing in a pan over medium-low heat. 
  3. Add sausages and jiggle the pan once to discourage the raw sausages from sticking. 
  4. Turn heat to low and cook sausages, rotating sausages until fully cooked with an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit, approximately 14- 15 minutes. 
  5. Turn heat off and cover pan, allowing sausages to rest for 5 minutes. 
  6. Serve and enjoy.
