- Pull thawed sausages from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking.
- Heat oil or fat of your choosing in a pan over medium-low heat.
- Add sausages and jiggle the pan once to discourage the raw sausages from sticking.
- Turn heat to low and cook sausages, rotating sausages until fully cooked with an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit, approximately 14- 15 minutes.
- Turn heat off and cover pan, allowing sausages to rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
