Smoked Andouille Sausage

Red chili pepper and paprika give our hot link its brick red color. Spicy and smoked andouille sausages are a staple in Louisiana Cajun cuisine and were originally brought to the United State by French immigrants. Our hot links are a great addition to any chili recipe, or slice them up to braise with hearty greens like kale and collards. 

Ingredients: Llano Seco Pork, Water, Garlic, Sea Salt, Onion, Paprika, Oregano, White Pepper, Red Pepper and Celery Powder.
